Thank you for shopping with Yesi Nail Supply! Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review your case and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order at any time.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact our customer service team at nailsbyyesi13@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors in shipping addresses, and any additional shipping fees due to address mistakes will be the responsibility of the customer.
